Legionella Risk Assessment and Water Services Surveys

C.C. Building Services Ltd. will assess and fully report with all relevant recommendations and advice. These works are carried out by City and Guilds trained, fully qualified assessors.

Water Systems Cleaning and Disinfections

New and existing systems, in accordance with ACOP L8 Guidelines and BS6700:1997 Specification with all appropriate certification provided on completion of works.

Cold Water Storage Tank - Upgrading/Replacement/Refurbishment

Upgrading works in compliance with current water regulations WRG(16). Temporary system installations. Tank removal, tank renewal and commissioning works carried out by C.C. Building Services Ltd. engineers. Relining works with 10 year guarantee of steel and glass reinforced plastic tanks.

Bespoke On-site Maintenance Packages

Tailored maintenance regimes designed to client requirements which can inculde: cold water storage tanks, pump and booster sets, dry risers emergency lighting etc.

Sampling and Analytical Services

Legionella, Potable Water Quality (TVC, E-coli and Coliforms) of domestic water systems carried out by UKAS approved laboratory. Heating and chilled systems.

Domestic and Commercial Heating Systems Flushing

Full flushing packages which includes adding cleansing agent, corrosion and scale inhibitor. Complete flush of system to regain system efficiency.

Voids and Re-lets - Gas and Electrical Certification

Carried out by fully qualified C.C. Building Services Ltd. engineers to agreed client deadlines.
